MOQ is 10 units for models already in our catalog, and 20 units for fully custom builds we design and produce to your specification. Tell us your requirements and we'll engineer the chair around them.

Once we've fully understood your requirements, we usually complete a sample or pre-production unit for your approval in about 7 days. For bulk orders, lead time from raw-material procurement to delivery is around 40 days.

Everything — seat and backrest comfort, styling, dimensions, functions, motor, steel frame, upholstery, and hand control. Tell us what you need and we'll build a chair you're happy with, and your design stays exclusive and protected.

The chair frame (wood and steel) carries a 5-year warranty — if a quality defect causes failure, we replace the chair. Motors carry a 2–3 year warranty depending on the brand selected, and any motor that fails due to a quality issue is replaced.

Yes. As standard, your brand goes on logo placement, packaging design, instruction manuals (IFU), and warranty cards — all in your brand colors. We also co-develop exclusive product lines for long-term partners.
