1 · Logo & branding
Logo placement on chair (woven tag, embossed leatherette, or laser-etched controller). Hand controller faceplate in your brand. Color-matched piping or contrast stitching. Available on pilot tier (50+ units) with no setup charge.
2 · Fabric & color
12 standard fabrics (chenille, performance velvet, faux leather, medical PU) × 24 standard colors. Custom Pantone match available with 30-day fabric MOQ. Antimicrobial PU upgrade for medical line. We source from OEKO-TEX certified mills.
3 · Packaging artwork
Outer carton in your brand artwork — full-color print on E-flute kraft (low cost) or B-flute white liner (premium). Inner accessory boxes (controller, IFU, warranty card) in matching artwork. Print MOQ 500 cartons; smaller via stock carton + stickered overlay.
4 · IFU & warranty card
Instructions for Use translated and typeset in your market language (we cover EN, DE, FR, ES, IT, NL, PL, JA, ZH, AR, PT, RU). Warranty card branded to you. Quick-start illustrated guide for elderly end-users available on request.
5 · Hand controller & accessories
Controller faceplate, button layout, and printed icons customizable. USB ports and wireless charging pad available on 3-motor+ models. Side caddy pocket fabric and trim match chair upholstery. Spare controllers stocked for in-market service.
6 · Co-developed exclusive
New silhouette, new chassis, new motor configuration locked to your brand for an agreed exclusivity period (typically 24–36 months). Available at 1,000+ units annual commitment. IP arrangements (tooling ownership, drawing license) documented up front.
From brand brief to branded sample.
Send your brand assets
Logo (AI/SVG/EPS preferred), brand color codes (Pantone or hex), packaging direction (sample box you like, or our base templates), and any market-specific requirements (CE / FDA / UKCA labeling rules). NDA available before share.
Branding mockup (3–5 days)
We produce a digital mockup of chair (logo placement, color), controller faceplate, packaging outer carton, IFU layout, and warranty card. PDF for sign-off. Up to 2 rounds of revision included.
Branded sample (14 days)
Sample built with your branding applied. Physical packaging printed via our usual print partner. Sample IFU + warranty card included. Shipped with full branding mockup PDF for your archive.
Approval & production
Sign-off triggers PO. We lock your branding assets to your project number — reorders use the same assets without re-mockup. Asset files archived for 18 months minimum.

Can we have an exclusive design?
Logo placement, packaging, and color combinations are always exclusive to your project. Silhouette and chassis exclusivity is reserved for co-developed lines at 1,000+ units annual commitment, with a written exclusivity period (typically 24–36 months) and clear IP arrangements.
What if our logo doesn’t fit the standard placement?
We support custom placement — backrest crown, controller faceplate, headrest band, side panel. Our design team mocks up 2–3 options based on your logo proportions. Embossed leather, woven tag, laser etch, and printed decal all available. Setup cost is included for placements we’ve done before; new placements may carry a small tooling setup.
Can we provide our own fabric?
Yes — buyer-supplied fabric (BSF) is supported with a 14-day lead time addition for inbound QC (we test colorfastness, abrasion resistance, and fire retardancy where applicable). You ship fabric to our Anji warehouse; we cut and upholster to your spec. Stock buffer (10%) recommended for production waste.
How do you handle translations for IFU?
We have in-house translation for major markets (EN/DE/FR/ES/IT/NL/PL/JA/ZH/AR/PT/RU) reviewed by native speakers. For less common markets (Hungarian, Czech, Swedish) we partner with certified translation agencies. Cost is ~ USD 60–120 per language for a standard IFU.
What’s the smallest packaging artwork order?
Print MOQ for custom-printed cartons is 500. Below that we offer stock natural-kraft cartons with a printed sticker overlay in your artwork — 50 unit minimum and no print setup cost. Most pilot-tier buyers use the sticker overlay until they scale past 500 units.
